Meet Julia

I had no idea that my light environment was causing numerous health issues for me. I was always tired, no matter how much I slept, anxious and stressed. This led to hormonal imbalances and a plethora of other challenges.

Once I discovered circadian health, my sleep improved, anxiety disappeared and I finally felt like me again. The small, simple changes I implemented created significant and lasting benefits and I knew that this information could help so many people with a multitude of health struggles. While researching I discovered Kiera Lea, an amazing circadian health specialist in Australia and jumped on a mentorship opportunity with her. Within the first few days of the program, it became clear that we are not broken, our environments are.

When we understand how light and our environments affect our body, we can make choices that support healing and resilience. My goal is to help others feel more energized, balanced, and connected to their natural rhythms, while continuing to learn and grow alongside this expanding community.
