Meet Julia
While I loved helping so many people find their hair peace for the last 20 years, I became passionate about other aspects of wellness that helped me the most during my career as a hairstylist. When I found circadian health and the profound effect light has on humans, I knew a new opportunity to help others feel their best had arrived. I quickly jumped on the opportunity to join a mentorship program through Keira Lea Wellness, a quantum biologist and circadian health and light expert based out of Australia. Within the first few days of the program, I realized how small, simple steps could transform health on a level far beyond diet, exercise or supplements.
Whether I was helping people embrace their curly hair texture or grow into their natural color, my work has always been rooted in education. I believe understanding empowers my clients to make confident, lasting choices. This same passion for education drives my work in circadian health, where I use simple but powerful wellness strategies to help people feel rejuvenated and balanced.
I’m excited to continue exploring the often-overlooked world of circadian health and to grow alongside the ever-expanding community of biohackers using light to heal.
